Our wedge salad has been a huge hit this summer. It’s our take on a steakhouse classic. Of course, we start with baby iceberg lettuce, then top with sliced heirloom cherry tomatoes, Applewood smoked bacon, gorgonzola cheese and house made gorgonzola dressing. Makes a perfect starter for dinner; or add your choice of seafood, chicken or quinoa cake for extra protein to make a hearty lunch salad. Next week we have some new menu items coming your way. Some of our classics will be staying, and of course that includes our truffle fries appetizer. We hand-cut fresh potatoes daily and fry them up perfectly crisp. Then we drizzle them with white truffle oil, and toss with herbs and parmesan. For dipping we offer a house made grain mustard aioli for a perfectly creamy addition. Always a perfect starter or great with a local craft beer. Cheers!
We’ve got some great lunch specials today! For a tapas portion lunch we have a sesame seared tuna steak over chilled noodles and tossed in a ponzu reduction.
