Burrata cheese is made from fresh mozzarella that’s filled with a soft, stringy curd and fresh cream producing a milky, buttery flavor that’s rich in flavor without being too indulgent. Our chefs complement this creamy cheese so well over a bed of fresh arugula tossed in a tangy sumac spiced vinaigrette, toasted almonds, and shaved radish with a hint of mint oil. Lovely!
