Our wedge salad has been a huge hit this summer. It’s our take on a steakhouse classic. Of course, we start with baby iceberg lettuce, then top with sliced heirloom cherry tomatoes, Applewood smoked bacon, gorgonzola cheese and house made gorgonzola dressing. Makes a perfect starter for dinner; or add your choice of seafood, chicken or quinoa cake for extra protein to make a hearty lunch salad.
