Our summer grilled Scottish Salmon over asparagus and sundried tomato farrotto is a must try for fish lovers. Sustainably raised in frigid waters and strong currents, Scottish Salmon is high in healthy protein and omega-3s that produce a mild buttery flavor. Served with farro, an extremely nutritious grain prepared with the creamy consistency of risotto, tender asparagus, ripened sundried tomatoes, and finished with lemon and rosemary. YUM! So delicious, you’ll forget its so good for you. Served daily for dinner starting at 4:30 pm.
