Before the turkey sandwiches come along later this week, take the opportunity to settle that beef craving.  With shaved ribeye, sauteed bell peppers, onions and melted American cheese on a flaky roll.  Of course, sauteed mushrooms are always an option;  and all sandwiches are offered with a choice of side.
