Well, if you ask us it’s perfectly crunchy hand cut fries drizzled with white truffle oil then tossed with herbs, seasoning and grated parmesan cheese. We serve our take on this classic pub dish with some of our house made traditional Carolina slaw and is nicely finished with a little tartar sauce or malt vinegar.
